Dear all shobu Aikido friends

Shobu Aikido of the Berkshires will have annual “Toshikoshi Keiko” New Year’s Eve training and Sushi & Sake party on December 31st 10:30pm.
We had a nice worm family kind party in a past new year’s eves.

All of you are invited and your welcomes to stay overnight and sleep on a mat at Dojo to New Year.

Good Sake and Sushi!!!

I’ll order Sushi from Bizen. I need to know how many peoples will be that night.

FYI,

There will be NO CLASSES on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday - Aikido & Yoga.

There WILL BE CLASS TONIGHT - Mark Hardcastle's Class 6pm-8m
CLASSES will resume on Sunday November 30th at 9am!

At the General Dojo Meeting last week I was asked if there was something I could get help with "what would that be?"

FLYERS - there are new flyers at the dojo on the front desk - if every person in the dojo could take 5 flyers and put them around town, give them to a friend, or put one up at work/school etc...it would REALLY HELP THE DOJO and perhaps prevent us from having to raise dues to make end meet!

December and January are important recruitment times for our dojo. Let's really push together to get some people interested in checking us out!

FYI - Our Yoga teacher is fantastic and teaching a beginner friendly class that focuses on mindful practice - just what the doctor ordered....please come by and check one out Monday's and Friday's at 6pm - just not this Friday!
